About Smile Painting

Smile Painting is a new painting services company based in the KW region but it’s based on around 15 years experience running painting and home services business. We know a thing or two about doing really good quality work, keeping our team members happy and making our clients big fans of our work. We don’t run our business like the majority of run of the mill painting or trades companies and we are excited to be growing a team of painting professionals who want to be a part of something new and exciting.

In this role, you will be:
  • You will be quarterbacking our overall company production efforts and ensuring we achieve our goals on budget and in a profitable way.
  • You will be fostering and empowering painting team leads, experienced painters and apprentices.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing ongoing painter training and development on an individual level as well as being a part of developing company wide training programs.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring great relationships with our clients so that they want us back on their job site for future jobs and speak well of our brand.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing scheduling of projects; juggling the needs of various jobs and assigning the correct crew to the right job.
  • Responsible for navigating the logistics and details that go into making sure crews have what they need when they need and that information flows to the right people at the right time.
Experience Required:
  • Five to Ten years experience in the painting industry and/or trades.
  • Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using various applications on your phone for work.
  • Clean-cut and professional appearance
    Experience and comfort using online job management tools, CRM’s, scheduling software
  • Vehicle and Driver’s License
  • Demonstrate good communication skills; ability to communicate politely and professionally with clients and team members
  • Demonstrate problem solving capacity; ability to maintain calm, identify several solutions to a problem and execute on a decision.
  • Demonstrate tenacity; ability to put your head down, push through and get a job done.
  • Demonstrate precision; preference to pay attention to details on a project and deliver precise work.
