In this role, you will be:
- A vital part of our team. Booking appointments for our estimators is a crucial part of our business and you will be a key part of making this happen.
- Canvassing residential homes, ringing door bells, talking with homeowners about their painting project needs for the upcoming season and booking in appointments for our estimators.
- Walking a lot!
- Using Tech! We use online applications and scheduling software to make the job easier!
- Gaining and improving vital skills that will help you be successful throughout your entire life and in future business endeavours such as Confidence, Effective Communication, People Skills, Goal Setting and Self-Motivation. Experience Required:
- Previous Successful Experience in Door to Door Canvassing/Sales/Customer Experience would be an asset, but the right person without that experience could still have success.
- You’re Likeable, self-motivated, have little fear of talking with strangers and want to make good money.
- Past Track Record of Hitting Goals.
- Excellent Verbal English Skills.
- Must have a smartphone or tablet, a data plan and be comfortable using our lead tracking and scheduling software applications on your own phone.
- Clean-cut, professional appearance, good posture and love smiling.
The Benefits:
- Results Based Role. 15.50 per hour will be paid per hour worked plus a $50 commission for every appointment scheduled.
