Smile Painting is a professional painting company that provides an exceptional customer experience for our clients and our employees. We operate in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge-Guelph region. It doesn’t matter how great the walls look, if there is paint on the floor. Taking care of our client’s property (both inside and outside) is our primary concern before we even start applying paint.

In this role, you will be:
- Working on either interior or exterior residential painting projects.
- Fostering relationships to ensure happy customers that will want YOU back on their project.
- Ensuring a clean and organized job site that conveys professionalism and mastery.
- Delivering high quality surface prep and high quality painting.
- Ensuring that each step throughout the project is completed with precision.
- Assisting in job site marketing activities.
Experience Required:
- Minimum one year experience in the painting industry or other construction industry such as landscaping, window cleaning, renovations, farming and other physical work and/or you consider yourself a hands on craftsperson with an eye for detail and a love of physical labour and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
- Residential Re-Paint Experience is Considered an Asset.
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with using various applications on your phone for work.
- Clean-cut and professional appearance.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights on interior and/or exterior projects.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Vehicle and Driver’s License or reliable transportation to arrive on time to various job sites throughout the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph Area.
- Having your own car, truck or van that can be used for work purposes such as moving supplies is considered an asset.
- Ability to complete other repairs outside of the realm of painting specifically (wallpaper installation, drywall and plaster repair, mudding and taping of new drywall, carpentry, concrete repair, etc.) is considered an asset
